Article 1 – Object

The following terms and conditions are intended to administer the use of (hereafter the Website), owned by Umanlife (hereafter the Company).
The use of the Website implies that the user has become aware of the following terms and conditions and has accepted them.

Article 2 – Fair use

The user should not carry out any act of alteration or disturbance to the Website’s functioning.
Similarly, any misuse of personal information present on the Website is strictly prohibited.

Article 3 – Copyrights

The user commits to respect the Website’s copyrights and content, whatever their nature.
Any reproduction or representation of the Website by whatever means or form is prohibited unless previously authorized by the Company.

Article 4 – Website content

All contributions published on the Website are only of informative nature and do not deprive the user of seeking professional advice adapted to his needs.
The use of any of these contributions is therefore only up to the user’s responsibility and do not bind the Company.

Article 5 – Law on Computing and Freedom

Personal information communicated by the user, notably throughout the Website’s personal details forms, are strictly limited to the Company and its partners in the European Union.
They allow the Company to manage users’ subscriptions throughout the different services available on the Website as well as any enquiry.
The user benefits from a right of access, modification and suppression of any information about him. Article 6 – Statistical data
